Moove Lubricants is a leading provider of automotive fluids, oils and chemicals for passenger cars throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team.
The Role
To be a primary point of contact with customers for ordering processing, resolution of customer queries and support to external sales.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Processing Customer Orders on SAP
To communicate and process promotional deals
To be an internal customer champion for designated customers
Support recovery of overdue debt
Processing and resolving customer queries
Proactive communication with customers
To be main point of contact for external sales
If you are an experienced customer service advisor, this is a brilliant opportunity to take on an exciting, new challenge with a progressive business.
What you will need to succeed
• A graduate with a related degree
• Relevant customer service experience
• Customer service focused with a confident telephone manner
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Polish Speaker
• Excellent IT skills with experience on business management system
• Excellent communication, relationship building and inter-personal skills
• Aptitude to liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve with the capability to work under pressure
