We are searching for an individual to work as Customer Services Officer on an 8-10 week contract with an immediate start required.
You will be working in a small contact centre setting and it is important to say this is a non sales role.
Instead, you will mainly be dealing mainly incoming calls working within the Revenues & Benefits Team dealing with enquiries relating to Council Tax, so any "benefits knowledge” would be considered highly desirable, although non essential.
Some previous experience using Northgate Version 6 system, would be helpful.
In exchange our client is looking to pay in the region of £9.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) and you should be available to start asap.
