We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our client based in Aylesford
Duties will include
- Answering calls on a very busy switchboard system and diverting calls through to the relevant department
-Dealing with all email and letter correspondence
-General office administration tasks
-Previous office based experience, working on a busy switchboard
-Excellent telephone manner
-Ability to multitask
-High attention to detail
This position is Monday - Friday 1pm-6pm
START ASAP for 2 weeks with a view of longer
