About the Role
Your job is to support the marketing team in the launch of a new brand identity, website, and marketing campaign, whilst supporting the marketing requirements of the ongoing business.
These are the day to day requirements of the role:
- Brief design agency and manage company design requirements
- Create engaging content for social channels, website and blog; manage posting calendar
- Assist with product copy writing and launch material preparation
- Help manage and create email marketing using Mailchimp
- Help to co-ordinate and manage trade and customer exhibitions/ events
- Contribute to marketing calendar and idea generation process
- Work closely with PR agency
- General customer service support over phone/social/email

You will work most closely with our Marketing Director, Rachel Fernandez-Vidal, Digital Marketing Manager, Gemma Sheppard, three external agency teams (design & branding, web development, PR), and the sales team.
You'll be working in an open-plan, friendly office, filled with music and chatter. We've a spa next door for relaxation when needed, and beautiful surrounding countryside to gaze out upon. Our office dog, Pedro, is quite often in residence for some petting if you are so inclined!
