We are searching for an individual to work as Customer Services Officer on an 8-10 week contract with an immediate start required, where upon you will mainly be dealing with general Council Tax queries, so “general benefits knowledge” is highly desirable.
In addition, you must have experience of using Northgate Version 6.
The hourly rate is somewhat flexible depending on your level of experience but upwards of £9.50 per hour.
