We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Officer to fulfil a 12 month fixed-term contract, in Benenden. Join a strong HR department in a very pivotal and challenging role within the business to deliver recruiting success throughout the organisation. The position may occasionally be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Reporting into the HR manager, the role will see you developing local and national recruiting plans, using traditional sourcing strategies and resources and developing/creating new recruiting ideas.

Furthermore, the role will also involve:
• Providing a full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing to appointment
• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Reviewing, improve and manage Bank staff offering
• Network through industry contacts, association members, trade groups etc
• Create transparent and measurable indicators of the recruiting and appointment process
• Create and oversee an Apprenticeship programme
• Establishing, maintain relationships between the hospitals and suppliers (recruiters, recruitment consultants, recruitment agencies)
• Administrative duties and record keeping


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Strong experience of recruitment within a similar role
• Good knowledge of the employment laws and practices
• Proven candidate sourcing skills
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to collect and interpret data measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of recruitment systems
• Confident and organised


This exciting opportunity offers a 37.5 hour week, with a very rewarding salary of £27,000, plus excellent company benefits.
