Service Advisor
Sparshatts of Kent Ltd – Dartford
Hours of work: Alternate shift work
Monday to Friday: Early Shift: 7.00am to 4.30pm
Day Shift: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Late Shift: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8am to 12pm
Salary: £23,500 p.a. depending on experience
Regular overtime opportunities paid at time and a half

Sparshatts of Kent Ltd are a Mercedes-Benz Commercial franchise. We currently have a vacancy for a Service Advisor at our Dartford depot.
The job role includes:
• managing workshop loading
• liaising with and updating customers
• up-selling our service offering
• compiling estimates
• obtaining order numbers from customers
• liaising with the workshop and above all,
• building relationships and delivering a first class service to our customers.
• Knowledge of dealer systems such as ADP Autoline would be an advantage.
The successful applicant must have:
• excellent customer service skills
• display a good understanding of general computer systems
• have an excellent attitude and display flexibility within the working environment.
• A good technical understanding/previous experience within a workshop environment would be a distinct advantage.
This position is a full time appointment with a 44.5 hour working week and alternating Saturdays.
