‘Improving People Lives’ is the strap-line for RBLI where we help individuals’ achieve their goals and aims in life. This includes delivering a range of courses and programmes that improves their skills and knowledge, allowing them to access the jobs and the life that they want.

To do this we require people to work with or for us in the following roles across Kent on a self employed basis paying £22-24 per hour:

•Associate Tutors - Functional Skills (Maths & English; also a range of Vocational subjects)

Students are mostly unemployed learners and you will need to build positive relationships with both them and referral stakeholders locally to ensure volumes of learners are maintained and sustained.

We would ideally like people to be flexible to delivering across all courses including a range of vocational subjects and all centres including Margate, Chatham, Tonbridge or Dartford.

For the Associate Tutor roles you should have a recognised teaching qualification and have extensive experience of teaching functional skills from Entry Level 3 to Level 2. You will need to hold a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in Numeracy, Literacy and IT.

These roles are for an immediate start and will initially continue until Oct 2018 with an expected onwards delivery. These roles are subject to a DBS check.
