Our busy client is looking for packing facilitator in Sevenoaks area
Due to location own transport is required
Position is temporary but after approbation period full time position will be offered for right candidate
Pay
£8.50 p/h
Working hours
Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30 am
*Role purpose
Handle all processes within the packaging team efficiently and effectively.
Supply customers with the highest quality product within the allotted schedule. To meet set KPIs and continuously strive on becoming better
* Essential skills, knowledge & experience
Good attention to detail, acts with honesty and integrity and a good team player, needs to be goal driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a strenuous physical role that requires energy and motivation.
Basic computer knowledge is essential, good at basic arithmetic, effective oral and written communication skills
Experience of LEAN and Production is desirable.
* Responsibilities/Duties
Package products and top up picking bays as directed.
Maintain production equipment to minimise down time and optimise efficiency.
Embrace and promote health and safety and work within set guidelines
Maintain housekeeping requirements, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy to a standard that optimises efficiency.
Actively contribute and support the delivery of projects as and when required.
Assist with other in-house production as and when required.
Support other teams within Production and the Logistics Team as and when required.
