Optimising and planning staffing levels across our Contact Centres is vital to our success, with the right people in the right place at the right time we can ensure that we’re always there for our customers and give them the best possible service.

We’re now looking for someone to join the team who’ll be able to use their analytical experience to drive operational efficiencies. Taking ownership of the review and improvement of policies and procedures you’ll play an important role in helping to plan staffing levels and the way we communicate with our customers.

This is a great role for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

What we’re looking for and what you’ll get in return:

• Being educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in a numerate or science based subject will enable you to hit the ground running and provide excellent analytical insight
• Someone with a positive can-do attitude?
• You’ll use yourgreat communication skills to express complex concepts in appropriate terms to audiences of all seniorities
• As an excellent team player, you’ll benefit from working with a dedicated and hard working team who’ll look to you as a subject matter expert
• With a positive outlook you’ll benefit from working in an environment where work-life-balance is important; and where our customers and colleagues are at the heart of our decisions
