HCA Full time (Nights)

£8.10+ ph

36-48 hours per week (6-12 hour shifts)

Preferably HCA NVQ Level 2 or HCA NVQ Level 3

Our client, one of Tunbridge Well’s leading providers of Nursing and Residential Care, is looking for a HCA to provide the highest standards of care.

Key attributes, qualities and responsibilities:
• Assisting the RGN’s with delivering care plans
• Supporting residents who need personal care (bathing, toileting and dressing etc.)
• You will need to be proactive and responsive
• Maintain the dignity and confidentiality of all residents at all times
• Friendly and approachable with the ability to develop professional relationships with residents, colleagues and visitors
• Fantastic communication, observation and listening skills
• Good team player, carrying out instructions to the best of your ability
• Complying with all CQC policies and procedures at all times
Experience required:
You should be educated to a minimum NVQ 1 or O-Level /GCSE Grade D-G. Experience is preferable but not essential as basic training will be provided to candidates with the right aptitude.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Current DBS (preferably on the update service)
