Great role in a highly successful, expanding and thriving business.
This role offers the opportunity to work four to five days a week, two/three weekdays and alternative weekends, 9 - 5. You'll be working in lovely offices with free parking, and will be taking incoming calls from a range of customers and assisting them by booking in the service visits they need.
You'll have some previous customer service experience, a good telephone manner and be happy to work in a busy role, interacting with customers and service providers, ensuring the customer is satisfied and receives the best possible service you can provide.
