Clark James Insurance Recruitment have two rare and exciting roles in the Mid Kent area with a very successful and forward thinking Insurance Broker. These particular positions will be in the Commercial SME division of the business so we are looking for a good understanding of a variety of covers to include Commercial Lines of business.

Due to ever expanding levels of business that the company have been writing they are looking to boost the team with a high calibre Team Leader to manage the Renewals team. They are open to someone looking to take a step up in their career. They also need an Advisor/Renewals handler to join the team so have two roles.

The successful candidate will come from an insurance background, preferably from within a broker or call centre environment. A proven track record of delivery results in a target driven environment on a consistent basis with a high staff engagement would really appeal to this business or at least having helped train starters in the past. Motivation of staff and delivery of results is vital so you will be setting targets and training and coaching as well as leading by example at all times.

Generous basic salary is negotiable in the region of £32000-£35000 (negotiable) but the role will also offer excellent commission and incentives for team performance which is expected to increase earnings to between £40000 and £45000 (uncapped)
