We are recruiting for an immediately available Contact Centre Team Leader for a nine-month contract role for our client based in Ashford. We are looking for an experience contact centre team leader who is looking for their next challenge to lead a team and to support them in their continued progress within the busy in a demanding call centre.

As a hands-on team leader you will have proven experience, be a can-do candidate who has the ability to jump-into this role and be able to lead from day one. You will need to be flexible with hours, being able to work 5 in 7 days to support the team between 8am - 9pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday.

Should you be up for the challenge, the duties of this role include:

* Reporting into the call centre team manager;
* Analysing team call volumes, setting team and individual targets;
* Communicating strategic business plans with the team, ensuring the team fully understand objectives;
* Briefing the team on new campaign roll-outs and managing activity;
* Ensuring the team work within budget restraints;
* Building relationships with the team, being the first point of contact for any HR/business related queries;
* Working with and supporting other team leaders in their absence.
