* Ability to understand technical work instructions, written documentation and spoken instructions supplied in English, whether or not English is your first language.
* Reporting progress and any workshop issues to the Directors or Workshop Team Leader.
* Familiarity with Windows XP, and general document formats.
* Maintaining records on the in-house computer system, JEMS.
* Achieving deadlines without any loss of quality, and consistent and repeatable accuracy of work - we

* Good eyesight and manual dexterity with small components, but with the capability to put together
small-to-medium sized electro-mechanical assemblies.
General Company Information
My client is a small business with 7 to 10 staff, all of whom are hands-on, including the
Directors. The products we manufacture change on a frequent basis, so operators are not usually working on only one particular job for extended periods. The workshop is generally quiet but friendly, busy but with a fairly relaxed atmosphere. All tools and equipment required for the job will be provided.
