As Service Advisor you will maximize profitability through the use of professional sales techniques to maximize customer's awareness of all available services. Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times and maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.

Objectives
*Sell additional products, services and repair works in a professional manner
*Approach all customers and assist with requests regarding parts, vehicle sales and repair
*Maintaining excellent standards of administration following correct procedures when issuing loan cars to customers ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
*Liaising with sales, parts and workshop teams in a professional manner
*Ensuring tidiness of reception desk to continually promote the professional image of the retail facility and that all displays/ promotion prices are correct and up to date
