Children's Residential Support Worker Needed ASAP for a Temp to Perm Placement in the Seaford Area

Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting a number of support workers for a variety of shifts in a residential care setting for young people with learning disabilities. Registering as a social care professional with Hays will mean you are assigned your own consultant, dedicated to sourcing you work within a variety of shift patterns that work around you; whether that be full time hours or part time.

Your new role
You will be working with and supporting children with various support needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, challenging behaviour and EBD in a residential setting. You will be promoting the independence of the children by supporting them both physically and emotionally; your previous experience in the sector will mean you are confident and comfortable providing this.

What you'll need to succeed
If you have experience working closely with young people with learning disabilities we'd love to hear from you. Hold or be willing to work towards qualifications within the social care sector along with a drivers licence is looked favourably upon but not essential and you must be able to provide references.
