Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Locations: Tonbridge and Hadlow Campuses

Reporting to the Group Head of Finance - duties will include (but not limited to):

• Production of monthly management accounts – including BS reconciliations.
• Assisting in the preparation of the statutory year end accounts (FRS101) and packs.
• Various funding body returns.
• Identifying variances with explanation.
• Forecasting and budgeting.
• Management of VAT and submission.
• Treasury management.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Ad-hoc duties and projects.

The successful candidate will:

• Have demonstrational experience in the duties above.
• Work well in a team.
• Be comfortable with Excel.
• Be either QBE or studying towards an accountancy qualification.
• Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English Language and Mathematics.
