An experienced Customer Service Executive with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to self-motivate is required to join a leading automotive brand acting as the main administrator and customer interface for a programme of motorcycling activities.
With excellent communication skills and demonstrable excellence in accuracy and attention to detail, you will take ownership of the front and back of house roles, providing a superb level of customer service to the public in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
Key skills and responsibilities:
• Providing high quality, on-brand responses to day-to-day telephone, email and website enquiries - responding to all queries in a professional manner
• Using in depth knowledge and experience to advise customers on courses and bike choices
• Acting as the first point of contact for all customer experience management and complaint resolution
• Managing, maintaining and improving the programme bookings systems and database
• Assisting to help fill and sell courses and tours e.g. eNewsletters, direct communication etc.
• Accurately administering all programme paperwork
• Ensuring the programme website is kept relevant and up to date
• Assisting in providing dates, feedback and information for the creation of the annual programme of activities
• Arranging and managing distribution of Activity Brochures and other relevant materials
• Promotion of the programme/activities including the monitoring of sales and devising proactive tactical activity for publicity and promotion for underperforming areas
• Compiling weekly, monthly and year-end availability and sales reports
• Legal and administrative paperwork management
• Creation, copywriting and distribution of the regular e-newsletter
• Pro-actively seeking to place journalists on courses and experiences as agreed
The ideal candidate will be able to:
• Develop productive relationships across the team, dealers and suppliers
• Communicate verbally and in writing in an assertive, accurate and understandable manner
• Ensure that jobs are produced to budget
• Drive for success when under pressure
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular the use of Excel and Word to an intermediate level
• An interest in Motorbikes would also be desirable
