TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR

£8.00 - £9.00 per hour
Our client is looking for a temporary administrator
The successful applicant will provide administrative support Monday to Friday.
The job role will also include the following duties:
• Preparation of expenditure reports on maintenance and capital
• Preparation of downtime analyses and reports
• Preparation of general presentations and reports for the department
• Owner of departmental action lists and follow-up
• Organising and attending meetings including preparation of minutes and actions
• Welcoming visitors
Applicants will ideally need to have the following skills and knowledge:
• Awareness of current workplace health & safety legislations
• Good communication skills
• Articulate, literate and numerate
• High IT literacy including MS Office applications
• Excellent organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Competent with budgets, presentations
