Working for a leading, Tonbridge based company within an Accounts Payable position, you will become integrated within a team that places the interest of their customers at the forefront of everything they do.
Key skills and responsibilities:
• Verifying and booking purchase invoices
• Communicating effectively with suppliers via email/telephone
• Monthly payroll
• Bank reconciliation
• Assisting with the weekly payment run
• Assisting with the daily cash forecast - managing the cashflow
• Preparing monthly management account packs
• Presenting Financial Data to the Managing Director/Financial Director
To be successful, candidates will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills along with a knowledge of Sage 50. AAT qualified or CIMA part qualified would also be desirable.
