An experienced Part Time Administrator with a real passion for organisation and attention to detail is required to join a highly regarded company. This is an ideal opportunity for a conscientious, self-motivated professional to further develop their skills within a friendly, supportive company whilst predominantly working from home.
The company is looking for someone to work 15-20 hours per week which MUST include a Thursday and Friday.
Duties include;
• Setting up questionnaire campaigns
• Supporting clients through the questionnaire process
• Providing both telephone and email support
• Creating and generating client reports
• Managing incoming and outgoing emails
• Support the invoicing and expenses process for the business
• Ad-hoc tasks and general administration
The ideal candidate will need at least 2 years’ experience within an administration role, along with a high level of computer literacy including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in an IT programme or Project Management environment would also be desirable, although this is not essential as training will be given. In addition to this, you need to have a minimum of GCSE C grade English and Maths, along with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of clients.
The ideal applicant will be self-motivated with the ability and facilities to work from home.
