You will have excellent communication skills and confidently communicate with both candidates and clients. You will need to have excellent time management skills, be personable and approachable and show a dedication for driving customer satisfaction.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Systems Support
You will have an investigative and enquiring approach to managing system-related queries and the technical aptitude to provide first-line support. (You will receive full software training as part of your induction programme.)
You will be responsible for processing candidates through the selection stages, i.e. inviting candidates for ability/psychometric testing, sending regret correspondence
· Candidate Query Resolution
As first point of contact, you will deal with candidates’ call and email queries efficiently (within the agreed SLA for each project) and professionally; seeking at all times to give excellent customer service.
· Associate Coordination
You will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in the coordination of associate resource at designated stages of any given campaign.
· Assessment Centre support
On occasion, you will be responsible for coordinating and collating candidate applications and assessment materials in advance of each event.
· General Team Support
In this role you will be relied upon to support the wider Resourcing team. This will include a range of ad-hoc tasks including project and client research, the compilation of notes and feedback from internal meetings and providing administrative support throughout the peaks and troughs of the recruitment campaign lifecycle.

Skills/ Knowledge

§ Able to provide first line support after software training
§ Computer aptitude (MS Office suite) - Microsoft Excel in particular
§ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
§ Confident, pleasant, polite telephone manner
§ Able to manage work to deadlines
§ Able to multi-task and switch between projects
