Temporary Administrators
We need a number of Administrators on a temporary basis for a variety of short and long term assignments to work in both small and large teams for a variety of companies in the West Kent area (Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Edenbridge and Paddock wood).
The roles have become available because of a variety of business needs covering increasing orders, sickness, holidays and maternity. We are looking for down to earth all-rounders who are happy to do a bit of everything and can be flexible.
To give you an idea of what the roles will include: -
Answering the phone and directing as necessary
Dealing with couriers or visitors
Booking couriers, booking pallet deliveries or collections
Inputting orders onto our CRM system, Gold Vision
Sending out invoices from Sage
Ordering stationery or other supplies
