Main duties of this role will be to support the Purchasing Manager in the implementation and purchasing process to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to within budget.
* Overseeing the delivery of components and fixtures, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
* Overseeing the performance of the supply chain, providing an analysis of supplier pricing, ensuring that suppliers are aware of business objectives.
You will possess good communication skills, being able to liaise between various department and suppliers and contributing to the setting up of supply contracts.
Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and be working towards their CIPs. You will have gained a minimum of 2 years previous purchasing experience, ideally with experience of dealing with off shore supply.
