My client; a luxury car dealership based in Sidcup is seeking a part-time Weekend Receptionist to be the Front of House person for the dealership

This is a permanent role

Hours ;
Sat ; 8.30am – 6.00pm
Sun ; 10.00am - 4.00pm
Bank holidays will also be required to work

This is a lovely role for someone who wants a local role for a highly prestigious brand.
You will be Front of House, so you will need to deal with all visitors and callers in a polite and professional manner
The weekends are extremely busy so you will need to be able to multi-task ;
take calls, greet visitors, offer refreshments, liaise with all dealership staff, make appointments, deal with walk –ins
whilst remaining calm, relaxed and professional with a warm and welcoming manner

Duties
• Full Front of House duties
• Looking after all reception area and all visitors
• Meet and Greet all visitors in a polite and courteous way
• Full reception duties ; talking calls, fielding calls, taking messages etc
• Sending messages to sales people
• Making appointments on in-house system
• Receiving walk-ins and liaising with sales team to make an appointment for customers
• The service department is open at weekends- so you will be putting calls through to them
• Offering refreshments to all visitors
• Keeping all areas of reception neat and tidy
• ‘Go to’ person for all queries for the site
This is a permanent role and would suit someone who ideally lives locally to Sidcup, is seeking a weekend role and who enjoys offering exceptional customer service.

Skills and Experience
• Excellent customer service skills ideally in front facing role in service industry
• Good telephone manner
• Presentable
• Good IT skills
• Able to commit to weekends & b/holidays
