As a Senior Analyst, your work, whether it’s modelling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics is used by our leaders to make strategic decisions. With your technical skills and ability to multi-task you are focussed on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.
We are looking for someone with the analytical rigor and strategic thinking to drive our business forward. This is an exciting role that provides support to business partners as well as offering scope for leadership of individual analytical projects. You will work in close partnership with highly talented colleagues from across the business and consult on planning, reporting and decision support for the wide range of activities that acquire, delight and retain our customers and employees (e.g. operational optimisation, retention strategy or business profitability).
You are an analyst who wants to make your mark on a successful and growing team, and who wants to further develop already strong business partnering skills. You are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with people who possess a diverse set of talents. You are a strong time manager and are able to prioritize effectively while creating space for original thinking and thoughtful analysis to support our executives.

• Partner with key stakeholders to drive strategy and business direction.
Qualifications
• Demonstrable relevant experience
• Comfort and experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Impeccable business judgment, with the ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to help influence senior leadership.
• Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills; innovative, organized, thorough. Eagerness to further develop these skills.
To find out more about this role please contact Neil on 0203 620 3290.
Please note: Once the closing date has been reached we will review all CVs. Should we wish to progress your application we will contact you within four weeks of the closing date. If you do not hear from us within four weeks of the closing date, unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful.
On occasion we identify alternative roles that may be suitable for applicants and therefore we may retain your CV for up to 6 months for this purpose. If you do not wish us to contact you or hold your CV on file for 6 months please contact us.
We welcome applications from every area of the community, regardless of age, gender, race, nationality, colour, ethnic origin, disability, sexuality, religion or beliefs, and believe that everyone should be treated fairly and consistently. We are TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) ambassadors and believe that everything we do as a company should benefit our customers.
