JOB DESCRIPTION



Are you looking to get your foot in the Investment Manager arena?



Highly successful investment management company are currently seeking an experienced customer service representative to join their growing team in Tunbridge Wells as an Order Taker.



The successful customer service representative will be responsible for the following duties (not limited to) :



* Receive inbound telephone calls from existing clients and based on a script, identify the client and then accept share dealing instructions, typically routing them for automatic execution at best price in a timely manner (normally, less than one minute after a price has been quoted).



* Deal with standard inbound telephone enquiries from clients, e.g. requests for indicative dealing prices. Refer non dealing and more complex enquiries, to the Dealing Desk Supervisor or Head of Trading or direct the client to the alternative telephone administration line.



* Establish and maintain good working relationships within the team and other internal business areas.



The successful customer service representative will offer the following skills:



Essential

* Customer focused with excellent communication skills
* Experience of working in a general office environment
* Able to proficiently use Microsoft Office packages
* The job holder should be educated to GCSE or equivalent level and to have good numeracy skillsDesirable
*
* Experience of working within a call centre environment or similar
* Experience of customer service
* Educated to degree level or equivalentAptitudes
*
* Meticulous, detail orientated, able to check own work for accuracy
* Flexible in approach, able to multi-task
*

The successful customer service representative will receive comprehensive training and development throughout the course of your employment. Our Client is committed to providing training to staff to ensure they have the appropriate skills to effectively carry out the company's tasks. They actively support staff in undertaking Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment qualifications, the largest and most widely respected professional body for those who work in the securities and investment industry in the UK.
