A well established independently owned Estate and Lettings Agency seek an EXPERIENCED Lettings Property Manager to join their successful team in West Kent.
With an established (yet growing) portfolio of Residential Fully Managed properties, this role is busy and varied. The role will involve (but is not limited to):
Managing a portfolio of c100 properties - including managing repairs and routine checks (such as gas safety, electrical etc.)
Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
Arranging and over-seeing major works
Co-ordinating check ins and check outs
Conducting inventory and schedule of condition reports - or arranging with third parties
Organising EPCs
An involvement in renewals
Conducting regular property visits
Working closely with other Property Managers in the team
To be considered, you will have gained experience within a similar role. You will work closely with the Lettings team, and other Property Managers within the business. You will be highly organised, presentable and good in a crisis!
