An exciting new instruction for a Sales Administrator with a key manufacturing client in the area.
This new position is being presented initially on a six month temporary basis with the potential for an extension thereafter.
The main emphasis on this position is that we are looking for someone with experience using SAP as an essential and this should be evident on your CV.
As Sales Administrator, the key function of the role is to deliver in terms of exceptional levels of customer service to our clients UK Customers.
The position will include but is not limited to:
- Daily order entry onto SAP or ERP system where an eye for detail and accuracy is must!
- Lots of internal liaison with other departments so good communication skills
- Releasing orders to third party distribution company to ensure customer =delivery dates are met
- Collation, checking and filing of orders once dispatch confirmed
- Control of customer service invoice queries
- Investigating queries and reporting to Customer Service Manager
- Providing the business with daily sale transactions highlighting any stock issues for example
- Maintaining daily sales figures, tracking and reporting to senior management
- Liaison with Supply Chain and other internal departments
In addition you will require:
- Excellent interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication order to relay information
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of data entry onto a mainframe computerised system
- Reasonable levels of numeracy and accuracy with figures together with the ability to self-check work
