A leading Legal 500 regional firm with a superb reputation currently seek a Commercial Property Solicitor (newly qualified to 2 years PQE) to join them in Maidstone. They are ranked in chambers and have a major client base. This is a superb opportunity for a technically gifted Commercial Property Solicitor to join a strong brand to be based in Kent. You will be responsible for providing legal advice on a range of Commercial Property transactions such as Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and corporate support work (supervision/support from Senior Solicitors will be provided where necessary).

The Successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be technically strong (relevant to PQE) and will meet the following criteria:

* Be admitted to the Solicitors Roll up to 2 years PQE

* Experience of managing your own case load (under supervision)

* Demonstrate a clear client focus along with commercial awareness
* Have experience in marketing and business development
* Have a proven track record of working to (and ideally exceeding) agreed targets and goals
