A leading Legal 500 regional firm with a superb reputation currently seek a Commercial Solicitor (at least 2 years PQE) to join them in Maidstone. They are ranked in chambers and have a major client base. This is a superb opportunity for a technically gifted Commercial Solicitor to join a strong brand to be based in Kent. You will be responsible for providing legal advice on a range of Commercial contracts and general commercial issues for various clients, as well as some high value commercial contracts for larger clients as well as bespoke work.

The Successful Commercial Solicitor will be technically strong and will meet the following criteria: At least 2 years PQE up to Senior Associate

* Experience of managing your own case load including commodity sale, purchase, supply and distribution agreements; competition law; construction and operation documentation Ideally have experience in industrial projects such as energy, infrastructure and manufacturing; finance (debt and security) documentation; shareholder agreements and IP
* Demonstrate a clear client focus along with commercial awareness
* Have experience in marketing and business development
* Have a proven track record of working to (and ideally exceeding) agreed targets and goals
