Your Role
Joining the Business Support team you will support the Principal Recruitment Consultant with all resourcing duties including sourcing candidates at a high volume rate. Working on predominantly customer service, sales and administrative roles you will be calling at least 100 candidates per day utilising job board searches, and matching them to existing vacancies. You will register candidates, upselling current and future job opportunities. This is a role that requires a strong work ethic and resilience due to the pressurised deadlines in place.
You Will Have
Previous experience in a volume call based customer service or sales role, with excellent customer service and up-selling experience. You will be computer literate, able to organise your own day, working to tight deadlines. An excellent telephone manner is essential, as it the ability to engage people at all levels.
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm
