This is an established firm. It is small, but it is growing, hence the need to recruit a new member for the team. They provide a full accounting service to a wide range of clients and you will be working closely with the owner of the firm to ensure that clients are being supported.

A highly varied role, where you will have a portfolio of personal and business clients to provide a range of services from VAT returns, accounts preparation and tax returns, and some payroll.

AAT qualified, or Qualified by Experience, you will be comfortable in a busy practice environment. Previous use of Sage, IRIS and Excel packages would be beneficial. You should be confident in a multi-tasking role, and be able to work in a friendly, professional manner with all clients. As with any role in practice the need for a high level of confidentiality and integrity is required.

Previous experience of working within Accountancy Practice is essential.

There is scope for some flexibility in working hours; as well as the opportunity for you to develop this role to a higher level.

The firm is based in a village on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, and it is therefore likely that you will need your own transport to get to the offices.
