Go Resource are looking to hire a bright and ambitious Romanian Recruitment Customer Account Coordinator to provide support to our growing onsite network based i in Medway n the outskirts of Maidstone in Kent.
As an Account Coordinator you will be required to provide all-round support to the Onsite Client .
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday week 1 and week 2 - 5 days including the weekend rotating week on week.
The role will include the following :
* Conducting candidate screening calls
* Booking staff into work on a fixed shift rota
* Uploading worker hours and creating workflow plan
* Candidate Resource & Advertising
* Candidate upload and Registration
* Advertising jobs and responding to applications
* New starter introduction
Looking at ways to increase our exposure on various social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Reviews, Facebook
We are passionate about our team and employee engagement and development hence keen to speak with anyone who wishes to move into a recruitment admin role moving forwards. For the right person, we will work closely with you to get you to where you want to be, whether that's working as an Customer Coordinator or more and we will give you the toolkit for your progress at your own pace, giving you the best possible platform to succeed.
