Here at CMS, we are looking for a successful and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator on behalf of our client in the East Kent region. If you are an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a new challenge in your career, we would love to hear from you!
With branches covering a vast area of East Kent already our client is looking to expand, therefore looking for new talent to join their team and make their Lettings department even bigger and better!
Duties will include:
Identifying and initiating leads
Contacting clients on a regular basis using multiple techniques
Identifying requirements for renting and lettings purposes
Working towards targets
We need you to be:
Results driven with a strong track record for previous sales results.
Experienced in lettings and market appraisals
Hard-working with the desire and determination to exceed targets.
Able to bring new customers into the business.
A desire to develop your career with us
Potential earnings on OTES can be anything up to £30,000 depending on location. Commission structures are uncapped however so many of our people earn more!
