Summary

This role is progressive with the opportunity to move into another role within the team.

The role of the Sales and Service Delivery Administrator is to support the sales, service delivery & marketing teams in all administrative tasks. You will learn all core areas of the business operation to enable you to provide support to the teams that require it.


Candidate Profile and Attributes

Experience in administration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time efficient with a high level of organisation
Skills to prioritise own workload
Able to work on own initiative and find solutions to problems
Experience with Social Media platforms and how to utilise it within a commercial environment


Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Prepare proposals based on brief provided
Keep database up to date
Raise tickets for orders (monitor all tickets in desk)
Process all incoming calls and emails (allocate to relevant team member)
Some marketing activities
Support all members of sales and service delivery teams with administrative duties
Ordering and monitoring stock levels of all equipment
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
