What is an enabler?

Enablers support and motivate patients to regain their independence, by following goal plans. This can involve making sure service-users can move safely around their home, are hydrated, well-fed and can get dressed and out of bed.

The ability to travel efficiently and reliably between sites, ensuring arrival in a timely manner is essential to the role; therefore applicants holding a full UK driving licence with access to their own transport are preferable.

£8.25 per hour
£9.49 per hour for evenings/nights Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday
