We are looking for a motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
As an Admissions & Registry Apprentice, you will be providing administrative and customer service support for the Admissions and Registry teams to aid the daily functions and to ensure all applicants and students received the highest level of customer service. You will work closely with curriculum and other support departments providing information and assistance as required.
Alongside the full Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship framework, you will receive on the job training and support. There will further be opportunities to take part in staff development sessions offered at College level.
You will have a grade D or higher in GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent. You will be required to undertake Functional Skills English and/or Maths if you do not have GCSE, or equivalent, Grade C or higher.
The Admissions and Registry team is a busy and diverse department advising applicants from enquiry to enrolment providing a high level of customer service. The teams are part of the wider MIS Department responsible for maintaining and providing data for the College, local government and the Department of Education. The apprentice will report to the Group Registry Manager and will be helped by the other team members.
