Our client in Erith is looking below for the following:
• Assist and support Packhouse manager & cover in absence.
• Needs to have the skill to drive productivity to ensure maximum efficiency of all resources through effective organisation of people, materials & stocks etc.
• Manage operational activities whilst maintaining health & safety within the working environment.
• Manage performance of the team members.
• Assign supervisors & operatives to specific jobs on the lines, organise & monitor work flow, this includes warehouse staff picking orders, loading & unloading of vehicles.
• Ensure all works are packed/completed in accordance with the production plan & to customer specifications, also to liaise with core departments to achieve required orders& work standard.
• Complete & check all relevant paperwork/documentation during & after production lines have finished.
• Manage the cold store & plan daily raw material arrivals into the cold store & manage stock daily counts.
• Understanding of BRC requirements.
Salary is dependent on experience..
