An opportunity has arisen for a driven, professional and personable telemarketing operative to join a growing business in the commercial district in Rochester.
The ideal candidate will have a level of customer service experience or experience in a office/professional environment and happy working within a busy environment. You will work closely with the Area Sales Representative to help achieve company sales targets by setting sales appointments.
Main purpose:
To carry out calls to new, existing or potential customers to promote the companies services and products.
Supply administrative support to company Sales Force
Main Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to new and existing customers to promote and gauge interest for the services and products and record electronically.
Make appointments for the Area Sales Representative.
Generate and sales leads and pass to the Area Sales Representative.
Communicate with Area Sales Representitive on daily basis.
Carry out office administration work.
Provide outstanding customer service.
