Then we may have the opportunity you have been looking for. Finding someone
a new home is a very rewarding experience. Ideally you will have a
background in sales and be used to a target driven environment. You will be
very positive, and be used to speaking to customers both face to face and on
the telephone. Basic knowledge of the rental process would be an advantage.
You should be very accurate and be able to work in a methodical way. You
should also be P.C literate and able to learn to use our database.
You will be required to accompany rental viewings and after training you
will have the opportunity to carry out rental valuations. You will ideally
have a good local knowledge of the area. You will also need to to have a
full clean driving licence and access to a reliable car. You will also
benefit from a commission and bonus scheme subject to performance.

Any experience of an Estate Agency or rental environment would be considered
an advantage but is not strictly needed. This is a full time role 0900 -
1700 Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week. This is a Maternity
cover role - but there maybe scope for continuation after this period ends
for the right candidate.
