Domiciliary Care Registered Manager
We are looking for an individual to join our rapidly growing and high quality care company rated Good with CQC and an Outstanding in Responsiveness.

We have launched one new area this year and plan to open another 2 areas by the end of the year. Each area is run by a Registered Manager and their team. It is overseen by an Operations Manager.
At the current time we are looking for a Registered Manager to be based in our Maidstone branch to oversee an area in West/ North Kent.
The right person will be someone who is highly motivated looking to progress in domiciliary care and grow with the company over the coming years. With our growth the opportunities to progress are huge.
You will be required to take full responsibility for your area and team managing it to hit targets in both growth and compliance which are rewarded with quarterly bonuses for the whole team. You will have an Operations Manager who you will need to report to weekly with stats and data on your area.

The right candidate will be offered the opportunity to undertake further training in including QCF Level 7 and train the trainer courses. They will be trained in managing budgets and be a part of quarterly forecasts and performance management for their area.
There will also be the opportunity to progress as the company growth their will be further opportunities for multisite management and a second Operations Manager at the end of the year.
Starting Salary £28,000-£35,000 plus bonuses- bonuses are done on scorecards up to £1,000 per quarter. (£4,000 per year).
