The session will run from 9.30am – 4.30pm and a variety of our staff and clients will be on hand to chat throughout the day. Interviews will be available on the day if desired and application packs can be taken away. We will be offering nibbles and refreshments as well!

We are looking for support workers in the Maidstone / East Peckham / Tonbridge / Tunbridge Wells areas to work with our outgoing and fun loving clients.

We do not do drop in / drop out calls; this ensures we offer meaningful support to our clients, and sensible shifts for our staff.
Location: Maidstone / East Peckham / Tonbridge / Tunbridge Wells
Pay: £20,800 – £21,840 pa (Representative of 40 hours per week and sleep ins paid at £45 per night minimum)
Hours: Flexible (Full Time 40 hours per week, part time also available) WAKE NIGHT POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Our clients would like staff support to:
 ‘find and try new recipes in the kitchen’
 ‘go swimming and get fit’
 ‘use the bus to become more independent’
 ‘try rock climbing and do a bungee jump!’

The ideal support worker will need the following skills and attributes:
• Confident, happy people to join our small, established teams
• Ability to use own initiative; for example, planning fun days out
• Flexibility to work within a rota pattern that covers 24 hours, including sleep ins
• Ability to work as a team and lone work
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
