This award winning FMCG company have a fantastic opportunity to join their reputable Supply Chain team, as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

If you have previous experience in supply chain or stock control with exposure to import, export or customs then this may be the ideal role for you.

Operating from Dartford this role offers a competitive basic salary and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Including but not limited to:

- Collation and management of produce forecasts and availability
- Allocate and process relevant customer orders throughout the day
- Distribute and communicate any orders and haulage requirements
- Organising and arrange freight shipments
- Liaise with Import/Export
- Generate export booking confirmations/import arrival notices
- To prepare/check all documentation for import clearance and tracking entries.
- Managing bookings and receipt from customers to arranging collection and booking cargo
with carriers.
- To gather and negotiate quotations from suppliers in an effective and efficient manner.

The Candidate

- Previous supply chain/stock control experience
- Import/Export/ Customs clearance experience
- FMCG exposure advantageous - not essential
- Organised and efficient
- Confident and professional telephone manner

On Offer

In return the Supply Chain Coordinator will be offered a salary of £22,000pa - £25,0000pa
