The company brief:

One of the UK's premium commercial & residential developers who currently build out developments plots valued from £200,000 - £1.2 million across smaller bespoke developments and large scale multi-phase schemes are experiencing a large increase in output over the coming months and the need has arisen to recruit for Plumber with immediate effect.

The project:

A traditional build comprising of commercial and residential units.

Your new role:

As a Plumber working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking 1st & 2nd fix works. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in London and your role will involve:

* Copper work
* Plastic push fit
* Plastic pipework
* Victolic drainage

About you:

* Previous in a similar role.
* JIB Gold Card
* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Focused on progress
* Able to follow site drawings
