We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager based at our clients offices in Sittingbourne.
Reporting daily to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the internal sales team, to ensure their monthly/yearly sales targets are achieved.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that key products are promoted and grown successfully by the team and that the internal team are selling the Company's strong customer focused ideals and their attributes.
You must have previous experience in managing a team or be ready to accept the responsibilities the role requires, to make the next step in your career.
This is a B2B environment and a very employee focused company.
