Our client based in Ashford are looking for a team of Service Advisors to support their busy Contact Centre.
Do you have a passion for caring?
Do you have the ability to build a rapport with people over the telephone?
Are you able to stay calm under pressure?
This role will involve:
Basic call handling
Updating the in-house data base
General administration for the contact centre.
Dealing with prescriptions, doctors enquiries and patients
Working hours- All candidates must be fully flexible -The contact center is open 24/7 including bank Holidays and weekends
Full time and part time opportunities available
Successful applicants should have excellent communication skills, IT skills and experience of working in a customer service or healthcare environment as you will be expected to use IT and communication equipment associated with call handling. You should also demonstrate high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service.
Full training will be given.
This is a minimum 3 month contract but it is likely lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Interviews are being held on Tuesday next week with a view to start immediately
