Due to the continued growth of our Commercial Motor department we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our energetic and vibrant team. The Customer Service Advisor is required to provide administration and customer service support to the Commercial Motor sales teams.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and accurate. A Customer Service background or Insurance experience is helpful but not essential, attitude is everything for this opportunity
Duties to include:
New Business sales support
After sales administration
Mid-term adjustments and administration
Renewal administration
We welcome applications from candidates already working in Insurance as well as hungry individuals from a professional customer service or call centre background looking to break into Insurance.
