BE AT THE CUTTING EDGE OF LEARNING

As a Digital Learning Architect, you will play an integral part in delivering the Digital Learning Strategy and engaging colleagues to buy in to innovative learning approaches and solutions.

Using your creativity and e-learning expertise, you’ll plan, build, develop and implement multimedia digital learning content. Identifying learning needs, you’ll bring our existing content into a digital platform that’s easily accessible to all our employees.

The Role
• You will be designing and developing our e-Learning alongside the People Development Management Team in order to meet organisational and departmental objectives
• You will need to work with and influence stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring digital learning is aligned to our business needs.
• You will be implementing best practice when developing eLearning materials and oversee the end to end eLearning process lifecycle for individual projects
• You will be a leading contributor to the design, management and ongoing evolution of the Learning Management System to maximise use of technology and drive efficiency; in order to build meaningful connections and encourage colleagues to collaborate and learn together

Skills & Experience
• You will be creative, hands on and thrive in a team where you can be a major influencer in what we do
• You will need hands on experience in implementing, designing and developing and using technology based learning solutions
• Have an excellent understanding of SCORM and proven knowledge of HTMLS and Java Script
• Be an expert in e-Learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
• Have experience of using, implementing and managing Learning Management Systems
• Have relevant experience of the uses and capabilities of internet learning tools and technologies
• Have experience in using all Adobe Creative Cloud software, specifically Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop)
• Have experience of gamification and gamified learning design
• Have previous Learning and Development experience (as a Trainer, training designer etc)

It would be great if you also had…
• Experience with social networking and social analytics tools knowledge
• Experience of software configurations and problem solving methods needed to diagnose and resolve web technology problems
